Imaginary limits is a blog by travelers who met in Colombia three years ago, hitch hiking and living in a tent going around South America. We are focused on seeing as much for as little as possible, while absorbing the local culture, experiencing the local food, and exploring the historical sites. Our backgrounds are in Economics and Photojournalism so we hope to give an interesting perspective on the places we travel.

The Escape
Planning your new life can be just as exciting as actually taking the plunge. Dreaming and imagining the different places you'll see, where you'll sleep, how you get from place to place, who you'll meet all become part of a reality once you get off the plane in another country. There is never enough time in a normal day of going to school or work to appreciate the beautiful life that we have around us. The opportunity of travel presents completely different experiences that change the perspective of the traveler that can not be replicated in a classroom or in an office. A story from someone you are waiting for a bus with, or maybe even a local tour guide that has seen someone from every country in the world, but has never left their own, are the kinds of memories you can walk away with that shed light what is the meaning of travel. What to you makes you happy.
